Xerox Receives Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index for 22nd Consecutive Year
For the 22nd consecutive year, Xerox has earned a perfect score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index, joining 764 other companies with the coveted Equality 100 distinction. We take pride in being one of only seven companies to earn a perfect score every year since the CEI was established in 2002. This outstanding accomplishment highlights our commitment to creating an inclusive and equitable workplace for all employees.
The CEI is the premier national benchmarking tool that evaluates corporate policies, practices, and benefits related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality. Since its inception in 2002, Xerox has consistently demonstrated excellence across the CEI's four key pillars: nondiscrimination policies, equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families, support for an inclusive culture, and corporate social responsibility.
Dr. Yetta Toliver, global head of diversity, inclusion, and belonging at Xerox, expressed her gratitude, stating, "This outstanding recognition did not happen by chance. Diversity, inclusion, and belonging is an essential part of the Xerox culture. We have a team that works tirelessly day in and day out to create a workplace that allows all employees to thrive and bring their authentic, whole selves to work. Our work toward inclusion doesn’t stop here, and I look forward to being a part of our continued success and progress."
We embed diversity, inclusion, and belonging in our recruitment strategy, leveraging technology to drive higher engagement and increasing the hiring rate for underrepresented candidates. In addition, our GALAXe employee resource group plays a vital role in promoting LGBTQ+ inclusion within Xerox, driving connection with LGBTQ+ organizations, and providing valuable personal and professional development opportunities.
